This is horrible my Dr
Called 9 times and never got through to anyone. They are SO SLOW with getting anyone their meds at the counter. You can tell how pissed off everyone is in the line that has to wait. Terrible business. Will be switching to Eatonville even though I'll have to drive an hour out of the way. That's how bad this place is.
Had a potentially lethal tooth absess, no insurance or warning there would be a cost incurred, they were ready to give me the first anti-biotic for free... and ran out to our vehicle twice to update me when proof that I'm worthy of life called with a credit card... at least 4 women in that pharmacy deserve Christmas cards, I hope this glowing review will do. Thanks Colton Pharmacy, more human than pharmaceautical.
Why are they still in business? Because they are the only pharmacy between Yakima & Chehalis.
This place is disorganized, and slow. They're the only game in town and they know it. You call in your meds and they might have them ready next week...if you sacrifice a chicken and the wind is right!
Doubled up on my meds, won't process insurance co pays, you spend more then 20 minutes waiting for somebody just to answer the phone.
Faxed my meds in on Thursday I went in on Tuesday , you guessed it my meds were not ready I was.told it was job to let them know that my Dr faxed in my meds when I got upset they were very rude and yelled at me.
